Despite a challenging morning on the reef collecting live-bait and a frustratingly slow bite on the edge, we saved the day with a thrilling double-strike at the eleventh hour that included a beautiful seventy pound-plus Sailfish released just prior to this nice forty pounder...

Congratulations Larry, it was a pleasure fishing with you! Dinner was once again outstanding and it was great meeting Rose! Thank you so much for the Miller upgrades and the 1989 Ogier! I hope you will join us for a morning of Tarpon fishing in April and another superb asado. Hope you enjoy the mahi-mahi!

A bad day of fishin' is better than a good day of Cardinals football anytime. She's a beauty boys, Mr. Earl is green with envy.

Preferring warm weather fishing,I saw a fishing special last week on the tube regarding sharks feeding on hooked Tarpon at Boca Grande. Some fairly grizzly footage, and happening with a degree of frequency that's alarming. It was sad to see these tournament fishermen reeling just the heads of 40 pound Tarpon.

Thanks for the pics, I'm picking a date to head to F-L-A for some trout fishing.

Well, I have to be proud of the CARDs...

No complaints, except maybe for the 100 yds in penalties, BUT that last quarter the refs made a few calls that might have made up for it...

Either way, the teams played well, and at least they made a good showing for themselves.

Well GROKING might have played a roll too...

Yeah, the general consensus here in PHX today is that they gave a good reprenstation of themselves. More competitive than many of the so-called "expert analysts" predicited. Great game, no doubt. The fact they just as easily have won it (instead of shooting themselves in the foot) speaks volumes about how far this franchise has come. If they are smart and lock up Q and keep the receiving corps intact and maybe add one more veteran o-lineman, we should be in the hunt again next year.

Yep; lets hope the purse strings don't play a role in any changes!

Cliff the pleasure was mine, what a blast!! Thanks again to you and Adam and Kelly for showing me a great time on the boat and for the mahi mahi. I will grill it up tomorrow and enjoy it with a nice white. Saint Veran from Verget most likely.

Dinner was great as well, hopefully we can do it again in April.

Hey Cliff I feel real bad for your challenging morning . . .come back to LI where its 30 degrees and snowing. My friend went out and caught a bunch of Porgies a few weeks ago, tasty little devils.

Nice looking fish! Good work out there. Did you cruise your boat down from NY to FL?
